Driver Arrested in Fatal Westminster Pedestrian Crash on Westminster Boulevard and Goldenwest Street

Westminster, California (December 16, 2019) – A woman was struck and killed by a vehicle, and Dung Kha arrested on Sunday night in Westminster, according to a local news source.

The deadly accident occurred at about 6:00 p.m December 15, at Westminster Boulevard and Goldenwest Street.

According to Westminster Police. the woman was struck by a vehicle drive by Dung Kha and was found in the street with severe injuries.

The woman was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.

Dung Kha was arrested following the crash.

The collision is still under investigation.
