One Person Injured in Canyon Country Pedestrian Accident on Sierra Highway

Canyon Country, California (January 29, 2020) – One person was injured after being hit by a vehicle on Tuesday afternoon in Canyon Country, according to a local news source.

The crash occurred at about 2:55 p.m., January 28 in the 27100 block of Sierra Highway.

Authorities said a pedestrian riding on a scooter was hit by a sedan car for an unknown reason.

First responders arrived at the scene and found the scooter trapped under the sedan.

Paramedics responded to the scene and rendered aid to the injured rider. The name and condition of the patient at this time were not disclosed.
