Minor Injury 2-Car Crash on 5 Freeway in Sacramento

Minor Injuries Reported in Sacramento Car Accident on 5 Freeway and Florin Road

Sacramento, California (January 29, 2020) –Authorities are investigating a minor injury collision that happened on Tuesday evening.

According to the CHP officials, the crash occurred on southbound 5 Freeway, just north of Florin Road at around 6:16 p.m.

Officials said two vehicles were involved in the accident.

Firefighters along with medical personnel responded to the scene and attended to an unknown number of persons with minor injuries as a result of the accident.

The vehicles were towed away from the scene.

No additional information regarding this crash was provided.

An investigation is ongoing.
