3 Injured in El Centro Car Crash on 8 Freeway, Monday

El Centro, California (January 28, 2020) – Three unidentified victims were hurt following a two-car accident that occurred in the area of El Centro on Monday.

The California Highway Patrol said the collision occurred on Interstate 8 Freeway near Forrester Road.

The accident involved a 2013 Ford that was traveling eastbound on the freeway and a speeding 2012 Nissan.

The Nissan reportedly rear-ended the Ford causing both vehicles to overturn.

Two passengers in the Nissan, together with its driver, suffered unspecified injuries in the wreck.
