Possible Injuries Reported in Anaheim Multi-Vehicle Accident on 91 Freeway near Gypsum Canyon Off-Ramp
Anaheim, California (February 25, 2020) – Possible injuries were reported Tuesday morning following a multi-vehicle crash in Anaheim.
Authorities said four vehicles collided on the eastbound 91 Freeway near the Gypsum Canyon exit at around 3:00 p.m. One of the vehicles drifted off the freeway and into a ditch.
One of the involved vehicles, described as a blue Chevy Cruze, was driving recklessly before the crash, Witnesses said. According to the California Highway Patrol, the Chevy came to a stop between the carpool and No. 1 lane and an adult male was seen fleeing the scene on foot.
It remains unclear if anyone sustained injuries as a result of the crash.
An investigation into the wreck is underway.
