At Least 1 Critically Injured in Santa Monica Car Accident on Interstate 10 at 4th Street

Santa Monica, California (February 25, 2020) – At one person was seriously injured Monday morning in a traffic crash involving several vehicles in Santa Monica, according to a report by the California Highway Patrol.

Authorities responded to westbound Interstate 10 Freeway at 4th Street after reports of a multi-car accident that happened at around 8:32 a.m. Monday, February 24.

Details of what led up to the crash at this time are unknown, but the CHP said at least one person was taken to a nearby hospital in critical condition.

Three tow trucks were dispatched to the crash site to remove the wrecked vehicles.

The accident remains under investigation.
