Phillip Sanchez Among 2 Killed in San Bernardino Vehicle Crash on Kendall Drive

San Bernardino, California (February 3, 2020) – 20-year-old Phillip Sanchez has been identified as one of the two people killed in san Bernardino head-on crash on Sunday night, as per a police report.

The collision took place at around 11:30 a.m. February 2, on Kendall Drive, just south of H Street.

According to authorities, Sanchez was driving an Acura TL southbound when he crossed double yellow lines into the path of a northbound white Chevrolet pickup truck, driven by a 22-year-old woman.

The two vehicles collided head-on.

Sanchez died at the hospital while undergoing treatment. His passenger was also killed in the crash.

The San Bernardino woman, the driver of the Chevrolet, suffered minor injuries and was treated at the scene.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
