Izack Pacheo Fatal San Bernardino Accident on Kendall Drive

San Bernardino, California (February 3, 2020) – 17-year-old Izack Pacheo of Fontana has been identified as one of the two victims killed in crash on Sunday night in San Bernardino, according to a police report.

The crash was reported at around 11:30 a.m. February 2, on Kendall Drive, just south of H Street.

Authorities said an Acura TL was heading southbound when it crossed a double yellow line into the path of a northbound a white Chevrolet pickup truck. The Acura and the pickup truck collided head-on.

Pacheo was a passenger in the Acura and was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.

The driver of the Acura was also injured and taken to the hospital where he died.

The driver of the Chevrolet suffered minor injuries and was treated at the scene.

No other details of the crash were immediately released.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
