Man Hospitalized After Mecca Pedestrian Accident at Hayes Street and Avenue 71
Mecca, California (January 1, 2020) – Authorities are investigating the cause of a pedestrian accident that sent a male party to the hospital on Tuesday morning in Mecca.
The collision happened near the intersection of Hayes Street and Avenue 71 at about 8:24 a.m.
The accident involved a male pedestrian and a vehicle of unspecified built.
The manner in which the collision occurred was not disclosed.
The man was trapped underneath the involved vehicle upon the impact.
The unidentified pedestrian sustained critical injuries and was taken to the hospital for medication.
