Man Killed, One Injured after 2 Vehicles Collide Monday morning on Sierra Avenue near Karen Lane in Jurupa Valley 

Jurupa Valley, California (March 24, 2020) – A two-vehicle crash claimed the life of a man Monday morning in Jurupa Valley, according to authorities.

At about 6:52 a.m. Monday, March 23, officers received a report of a motor vehicle accident involving two vehicles on Sierra Avenue, just north of Karen Lane

Emergency crews responded to the scene and extricated one person who was trapped in one of the vehicles. The patient was then transported to a nearby hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

The male driver of the second car was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been disclosed pending notification of next of kin.

The two drivers were the sole occupants of their cars.

Alcohol or drugs were not considered a factor in the crash.
