Corona Car Accident on 91 Freeway near McKinley Street Resulted in Major Injuries

Corona, California (March 24, 2020) – According to the California Highway Patrol, at least one person sustained major injuries following a multi-vehicle collision Monday morning in Corona.

As per the report, a silver Toyota Tacoma pickup, a white Ford F-550 pickup truck, and a white Chevrolet SUV collided on the 91 Freeway near McKinley Street at around 6:53 a.m.

Due to the impact of the collision, the SUV overturned and blocked the fast lane of the freeway.

Medical personnel responded at the crash site and rendered aid to at least one victim who had suffered major injuries.

The crash resulted in the closure of the Nos. 1 and 2 lanes of the highway for an unknown time.

The accident remains under an active investigation.
