1 Hospitalized After Hesperia 2-Vehicle Crash at Live Oak Street and Mariposa Road

Hesperia, California (January 31, 2020) – At least one person sustained critical injuries in a traffic collision that took place in the area of Hesperia at approximately 5:45 p.m. on Thursday.

The major injury crash happened at about 5:45 p.m. on January 30 on Live Oak Street and Mariposa Road.

According to a local news source, the accident involved a pickup truck traveling north on Mariposa Road and a Prius heading westbound on Live Oak Street.

The manner in which the collision happened was not immediately released at the time of the report.

The pickup operator did not sustain major injuries following the crash. The unidentified motorist driving the Prius suffered critical injuries and was hospitalized at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center.

Mariposa Road was closed down for an unknown time.

The investigation is underway.
