At Least 1 Injured in Oroville Crash on Highway 70 and Grand Avenue

Oroville, California (January 29, 2020) – At least one person was injured after a traffic collision Tuesday evening in the area of Oroville, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The crash happened at around 6:10 p.m. Tuesday, January 28, on Highway 70 and Grand Avenue.

As per the CHP officials, two vehicles crashed for reasons still under investigation.

An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to at least one person who complained of pain as a result of the collision. The name of the patient and their current condition were not immediately available.

Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.

Traffic delays were experienced in the area following the crash. The roadway was cleared as of 6:44 p.m.

An investigation is ongoing.
