Black 1999 Toyota Avalon Involved in Fatal Victorville Crash on 15 Freeway at Bear Valley Road

Victorville, California (May 22, 2020) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating the circumstances that led to a fatal traffic accident that took place on Interstate 15 Freeway near Bear Valley Road off-ramp in Victorville at around 12:19 a.m. May 22.

As per the report, a driver died at the scene after a black 1999 Toyota Avalon rear-ended a parked 2010 Freightliner Cascadia Friday morning.

The deceased person was initially trapped in the wreckage upon the impact, Victorville City Firefighters reported.

Pending notification of next of kin, the identity of the deceased remained undisclosed.

Meanwhile, the CHP interviewed the semi motorist who was asleep in the cab at the collision’s time.

The fatal accident remains under investigation.
