Bicyclist Hospitalized after Irvine Bicycle Crash on Barrance and Harvard Avenue

Irvine, California (December 16, 2019) – A bicyclist was hospitalized after a vehicle struck him on Sunday morning in Irvine, as per a local news source.

The crash took place at around 12:45 a.m. December 15, near the intersection of Barranca Parkway and Harvard Avenue.

According to the report, a bicyclist was cycling on the crosswalk when a suspected DUI driver struck him.

The bicyclist sustained injuries and was transported to an area trauma center in unknown condition.

The driver of the vehicle involved was administered field sobriety test on the scene before being placed under arrest of DUI.
