4 Injured in South Los Angeles Car Crash on Avalon Boulevard at 120th Street

South Los Angeles, California (April 12, 2020) – Authorities are investigating a Saturday afternoon three-vehicle accident that left four people injured in South Los Angeles.

The mishap occurred on Avalon Boulevard at 120th Street, at about 1:50 p.m. April 11.

The police said a southbound car stopped and was struck by another vehicle that was also traveling on the roadway. The vehicle that hit it continued and struck another car before it rolled over and landed on its wheels.

As a result of the accident, two victims were thrown out of the roll-over vehicle.

Four people were taken to a hospital, a woman with a fractured pelvis, the ejected persons and one other victim. Other than the woman, the three other patients were complaining of pain.

An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
