At Least 1 Injured in Martinez Car Crash on Highway 4 near 680 Freeway
Martinez, California (January 18, 2020) – At least one person was injured after a two-vehicle collision early Thursday morning in Martinez, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
The crash happened at around 5:37 a.m. Thursday, January 16, on westbound Highway 4, just east of 680 Freeway.
As per the dispatch, two vehicles collided for reasons still under investigation.
An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to one person who complained of pain to their chest and collar bone following the crash. The patient’s name and their current condition were not immediately released.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
No additional information regarding this crash was provided.
