Fillmore Car Collision on E Telegraph Road Sends 1 to Hospital

Fillmore, California (May 1, 2020) – Authorities are investigating the cause of a major injury accident that happened Thursday at about 5:00 p.m. on E Telegraph Road in Fillmore.

According to the California Highway Patrol, two vehicles collided near the 601 block of the highway for unknown reasons.

Emergency crews responded to the scene to find at least one person who sustained serious injuries.

One of the vehicles involved, a Toyota Tacoma pickup truck, was towed away from the collision scene.

Both eastbound and westbound lanes of the freeway were briefly closed as investigators worked the scene.
