1 Hospitalized after Nipton Vehicle Crash on 15 Freeway near Cima Road 

Nipton, California (February 14, 2020) – One person was seriously injured after an accident involving a big rig on Friday morning on southbound 15 Freeway just north of Cima Road off-ramp in Nipton, as per a police report.

According to the California Highway Patrol, a sedan and a semi were involved in the collision for reasons still under investigation.

The crash was reported at around 2:08 a.m. February 14.

A man in the sedan was seriously injured and was taken to the hospital for treatment.

No other details of the crash were immediately released.

Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
