1 Hospitalized after San Bruno Crash on El Camino Real

San Bruno, California (January 4, 2020) – Authorities are investigating a two-vehicle collision that happened on Friday afternoon in San Bruno.

The collision occurred on El Camino Real at about 12:45 p.m. Friday, January 3.

The California Highway Patrol officials said two vehicles crashed for reasons yet to be determined.

One party was hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries following the crash. The patient’s name and their current condition were not immediately released.

Authorities closed El Camino Real between San Felipe and Santa Lucia avenues for more than an hour to give way to a clearing operation and an on-scene investigation. All lanes were opened as of 2:30 a.m.

An investigation is ongoing.
