1 Severely Injured in Shackelford Pedestrian Accident at E Hatch Road and Crows Landing Road

Modesto, California (March 16, 2020) – Police are investigating a Sunday night crash involving a car and a pedestrian that left one person nursing severe injuries in Shackelford, Modesto.

The accident occurred at E Hatch Road and Crows Landing Road, at about 8:06 p.m., on March 15.

A pedestrian was struck by a car on the roadway. The reasons that led to the crash are yet to be established, according to the police.

One person was taken to Doctors Medical Center of Modesto with significant injuries. The patient was bleeding from the arm and chest due to the injuries suffered from the accident.

The involved vehicle reportedly stopped in the right lane after the crash.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
