Woman Hospitalized after Sonora Pedestrian Accident on Washington Street at Gold Street 

Sonora, California (December 11, 2019) – A woman was struck and injured by a vehicle on Tuesday afternoon in Sonora, according to a police report.

The crash was reported at around 3:00 p.m. December 10, on 300 block of South Washington Street at Gold Street.

According to the report, the woman was struck by a vehicle on the crosswalk for reasons still under investigation.

The woman sustained led and head injuries, and she was transported to the hospital for treatment.

The driver of the vehicle involved stopped and cooperated with the police.

Police are still investigating the cause of the crash.
