1 Killed in Jamul Pedestrian Crash on State Route 94 near Campo Road

Jamul, California (January 3, 2020) – A woman was struck and killed by a vehicle on Thursday night in Jamul, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The crash occurred at around 9:30 p.m. January 2, at 14145 Campo Road near State Route 94.

The San Diego County Fire Department said the woman was struck by a vehicle on the roadway.

Paramedics responded to the crash and attempted to give first aid to the woman, but she was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.

No other details of the crash were immediately released.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
