Woman Critically Injured in Fontana Pedestrian Crash on Cypress Avenue

Fontana, California – After the Fontana pedestrian crash that occurred on Thursday morning near Cypress Avenue, one woman was rushed to the hospital suffering major injuries.

The authorities stated that a 44 yeard old woman, a resident of Fontana was walking westbound across the Cypress Avenue when she got hit by northbound black colored 2012 Ford Focus.

The accident occurred at around 9:03 am and the victim was rushed to the hospital as she got severe injuries.

However, the driver who was identified as a 33-year-old man from Fontana stayed at the scene while cooperating with the authorities and investigators.

The police have shared that there was no involvement of alcohol or drugs in the accident.

The accident is under investigation by The Fontana Police Department.
