Waterford Man Dies in Fatal Stanislaus County Truck Crash on Highway 132 near Hazeldean Road

Stanislaus County, California (December 15, 2019) – A Waterford man was killed Saturday night in a traffic accident involving a big rig in Stanislaus County, the California Highway Patrol reported.

The deadly crash happened at about 9:10 p.m. Saturday, December 14 on Highway 132 near Hazeldean Road.

According to the CHP, the Waterford man was traveling on Highway 132 when for an unknown reason, he rear-ended a tractor-trailer.

The man, whose name was withheld pending family notification, was pronounced dead at the scene

No other injuries were reported.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
