13-Year-Old Boy Hospitalized after Palmdale Pedestrian Crash on Evergem Avenue
Palmdale, California (January 20, 2020) – An autistic 13-year-old was hospitalized after a Palmdale pedestrian crash on Sunday afternoon in the area of Palmdale, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The deadly crash occurred at 1:05 p.m. January 19, in the 5300 block of Evergem Avenue.
As per the CHP officials, a 2000 Lincoln Town Car hit the boy for unknown reasons. The boy was reportedly riding a scooter in the location at the time.
The boy suffered injuries and was hospitalized. The name of the boy and their current condition were not immediately released.
An investigation is ongoing.
