Janice Williams Dies, 2 Hospitalized after Rancho Cordova Crash on Georgetown Drive
Rancho Cordova, California (January 21, 2020) – 81-year-old Janice Williams was killed when a vehicle crashed into their resident on Sunday 19, in Rancho Cordova, as per a police report.
The collision took place on the corner of Georgetown Drive and Coloma Road.
According to the report, a 45-year-old Gary Circle was driving a Kia Optima at a high rate of speed when he lost control and crashed into the living room of a home.
Williams was killed in the crash, and two other people inside the residence were injured and taken to the hospital for treatment.
Circle was arrested following the accident.
The investigation into the crash is still underway.
