2 Injured, 1 Seriously in Sanger Car Accident at Jensen Avenue and Indianola Avenue
Fresno County, California (January 7, 2020) – According to a report by the California Highway Patrol, two people were hurt in a traffic collision that happened in the area of Sanger on Tuesday morning.
The two-vehicle collision took place at around 6:30 a.m. at the intersection of Jensen and Indianola avenues, Fresno County.
The accident involved two pickup trucks that crashed at the intersection for unknown reasons.
Due to the impact, one person was pinned inside one of the involved vehicles.
The trapped victim was extricated from the wreckage by medical personnel who responded to the scene shortly after the accident.
The patient sustained major injuries and was rushed to a nearby hospital for medication.
Officials said a second person suffered minor injuries and was also hospitalized.
Meanwhile, the identities and the current conditions of the injured parties remain unknown to this time.
The CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
