San Francisco, California (March 28, 2020) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of a major injury motorcycle collision that happened on southbound Highway 1, just north of Highway 35 in San Francisco Friday afternoon.
As per the CHP report, one person was hospitalized with major injuries after a motorcycle and a car crashed on the highway at around 2:38 p.m.
The initial report indicated that the victim sustained major injuries to the left leg, hip, and head.
Officials requested a tow truck to remove the motorcycle away from the scene of the accident.
The wreck remains under an active investigation.
