Authorities Investigating Orangevale Car Collision at Pershing and Madison Avenues

Orangevale, California (January 1, 2020) – Authorities said a Tuesday morning Orangevale car collision involving a Sacramento County dump truck resulted in major injuries.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision took place at about 9:14 a.m. at the intersection of Pershing and Madison avenues just in front of OV Goods Liquor.

A red Toyota Corolla collided with the dump truck under unclear circumstances.

Emergency crews responded to the scene to help the victims. Major injuries were sustained in the crash.

The cause of the crash remains under an active investigation.
