Motorcyclist Dies after Moreno Valley Accident on Interstate 215 near Cactus Avenue
Moreno Valley, California (March 11, 2020) – Authorities are investigating a deadly motorcycle crash that left one person with fatal injuries on Tuesday night in Moreno Valley.
According to the CHP officials, the collision happened at about 9:30 p.m. March 10, on northbound Interstate 215, near Cactus Avenue.
Authorities said a Toyota Highlander and a motorcycle crashed for unknown reasons. The rider was thrown off the bike following the impact.
Responding firefighters declared the rider dead at the scene.
No one else was reported injured after the collision.
Officials closed all northbound lanes of the freeway near Alessandro Boulevard to give way to an on-scene investigation.
An investigation is underway.
