Motorcyclist Critically Injured in Oxnard Crash on Hueneme Road near Edison Drive

Oxnard, California – Following the Oxnard accident that happened on Sunday afternoon in the area of Hueneme Road east of Edison Drive, a motorcyclist was critically injured.

The CHP stated that a motorcyclist collided with a Nissan Versa and crashed into a fruit stand on Hueneme Road. Later, the motorcycle caught fire due to the impact.

On October 4, at around 2:10 pm, the accident was reported.

The witnesses at the scene extinguished the flames before the fire crew reached the scene.

The motorcyclist was rushed to the Ventura County Medical Center sustaining critical injuries.

One more person sustained minor injuries but was not transported to the hospital.

The cause of the accident is under investigation.
