Major Injuries in Porterville Vehicle Crash on Main Street
Porterville , California (January 13, 2020) – A 69-year-old woman was seriously injured after a DUI crash on Friday night in Potorville, Rebecca Inman arrested, police said.
The collision took place at around 11:00 p.m. January 10, on Gibbons near Main Street.
The authorities said Inman and her passenger were heading westbound on Gibbons, approaching Main Street when their vehicle passed a stop sign and collided with a 2016 Mercedes.
Four people were injured in the crash. The 69-year-old female passenger in the Mercedes sustained major injuries and was transported to Bay Area Hospital in critical condition.
Inman was arrested, and officers are reviewing the case to determine what charges she will be facing.
Police said alcohol was the major cause of the crash.
The investigation into the crash is still underway.
