Pedestrian Injured in Sacramento Crash on Waterman Road

Sacramento, California (December 14, 2019) – A pedestrian was injured after being hit by a vehicle in front of the Churchill Downs Apartment complex in Sacramento late Tuesday night, the California Highway Patrol reported.

The pedestrian crash, which was reported at around 11:06 p.m. Tuesday, December 10, happened in the 8155 block of Waterman Road

According to the CHP, the pedestrian was struck by a gray Nissan Altima on Waterman Road for an undetermined reason.

Firefighter along with the paramedics responded to the scene and provided medical aid to the pedestrian who sustained minor injuries as a result of the crash. The name of the patient and their condition were not immediately disclosed.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
