1 Killed in Ventura Pedestrian Accident at Thille Street and Saratoga Avenue

Ventura, California (April 29, 2020) – A pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle near Thille Street and Saratoga Avenue intersection in Ventura Tuesday afternoon.

The Ventura Police Department did not immediately establish the circumstances that lead to the crash at approximately 5:47 p.m.

The pedestrian died at an area hospital while undergoing treatment. Pending notification of next of kin, the identity of the deceased remained undisclosed.

The fatal accident remains under investigation. Witnesses are asked to call the department’s motor unit at 805-339-4451.
