Man Airlifted after Victorville Pedestrian Crash on Valley Center Drive and 7th Street
Victorville, California (March 17, 2020) – A man was flown to a hospital after he was struck by a vehicle on Monday morning in Victorville, according to a police report.
The crash was reported at around 8:49 a.m. March 16 near Valley Center Drive and outer 7th Street.
Authorities said a pedestrian, only identified as an adult male, was crossing the street when a GMC Yukon, driven by a 39-year-old man, struck him.
The pedestrian was transported to a local hospital and subsequently airlifted to a nearby trauma center. The condition of the victim was not immediately reported.
The driver involved in the crash was not injured.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
