At Least 1 Injured After 2-Vehicles Crashed at SR-33 and SR-166 

New Cuyama, California (December 30, 2019) – According to a local news source, at least one person was injured in a traffic collision that happened in the area of New Cuyama on Thursday noon.

The collision, which happened in the afternoon hours on December 26, occurred at the intersection of Highway 33 and Highway 166.

The accident involved a Pace Arrow motor home traveling east on SR-166 and a 2019 Ford Fusion stopping along SR-33 to make a left-hand turn westbound onto Highway 166.

The motorhome failed to avoid to avoid the collision and broadsided the Fusion.

Due to the impact, the motorhome slammed into a GMC Sierra pickup truck stopped behind the Fusion

At least one person sustained unspecified injuries in the crash.

The victim was rushed to the hospital for medication.

 Meanwhile, the cause of the accident is under investigation.
