5 Hospitalized Highway 190 Collision in Bishop

Bishop, California (December 31, 2019) – Authorities are investigating a head-on crash that occurred Monday afternoon in Bishop sending five people to the hospital.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash happened just before 5:00 p.m. on Highway 190 at Mile Marker 88.

Two vehicles collided head-on under unclear circumstances.

The crash left five people injured. All victims were transported to the hospital via air and ground ambulances.

Authorities are investigating the cause of the crash.
