Rider Critically Injured in Victorville Motorcycle Accident on Ramona Avenue and Kentwood Boulevard

Victorville, California (January 24, 2020) – A motorcycle rider sustained serious injuries following a traffic accident that happened Thursday morning in Victorville, authorities said.

The crash occurred at about 8:46 a.m. Thursday, January 23 at the intersection of Ramona Avenue and Kentwood Boulevard.

Authorities said a burgundy 2005 Yamaha YZF-R6 collided with a white-colored 4-door sedan for an unknown reason at the Victorville intersection.

First responders arrived at the scene and found the rider down on the ground and suffering from critical injuries. The rider was transported to Victor Valley Global Medical Center where he was airlifted to a trauma center.

The accident remains under investigation.
