San Diego, California (February 21, 2020) – A motorcyclist sustained serious injuries after a two-vehicle crash on Friday morning in San Diego, according to the CHP.

The police said a motorcycle collided with a silver Infiniti in the westbound lanes on Friday at about 7:17 a.m. on Highway 52 near Santo Road. The reasons that led to the collision are yet to be established.

Emergency crews responded to the crash and found a male rider lying against the right-hand shoulder barrier and the motorbike in the middle lanes of the highway.

The rider sustained serious injuries with possibly a broken leg. He was transported to a hospital for treatment.

The motorcycle was towed away from the scene.

An investigation into the crash is ongoing.

“Far too many motorcycle collisions are caused by the carelessness or recklessness of other motorists. Sadly, when this occurs, motorcyclists are the ones who tend to suffer the vast majority of injuries”, according to Arin Khodaverdian, Managing Partner and CEO Alpine Law Group. Under California’s rule of comparative negligence, a victim may be able to collect compensation for injuries and other damages even if you were partly at fault for the accident.

Mr. Khodaverdian encourages victims and their family members to seek legal help as soon as possible in order to preserve their rights to the full extent of the law.

Mr. Khodaverdian has worked for many years as a wrongful death and personal injury attorney. He and his team of attorneys has helped thousands of injury victims and their families recover over $100 million in compensation. “In one case, we recovered a 7-figure settlement within 11 business days of being hired by the family of a victim who was killed by a negligent driver.”

Swift action by an experienced attorney helps preserve evidence, interview witnesses, and begin to pursue those responsible for the incident.
