Minor Injury Crash on Highway 62 and Painted Hills Road in Whitewater

3 Injured in Whitewater Crash on Highway 62 and Painted Hills Road

Whitewater, California (January 2, 2020) – Three persons were injured after a traffic crash early Thursday morning in the area of Whitewater, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The crash happened at around 12:00 a.m. Thursday, on southbound Highway 62, just south of Painted Hills Road.

As per the CHP officials, two vehicles crashed for reasons still under investigation.

An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to three persons who suffered minor injuries in the collision. The number of injured parties and their current condition was not immediately released.

Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.

No additional information regarding this collision was provided.

An investigation is ongoing.
