Petaluma, California (January 14, 2020) – One person was trapped after a minor big rig Petaluma accident that happened on Monday afternoon, according to a Californian Highway Patrol dispatch.
The crash happened at around 1:44 p.m. January 13, at 5100 Lakeville Highway near Highway 116.
As per the report, a semi-truck and a vehicle collided for unknown reasons. The impact sent the car into a ditch.
One person was pinned inside one of the vehicles following the crash.
An ambulance was dispatched to the scene to attend to the crash victims. The total number of patients and their current condition was not immediately released.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
Glass debris was scattered in the lanes following the collision.
