Minor Injuries Reported in Murrieta Car Crash on Interstate 15 at California Oaks Road

Murrieta, California (April 9, 2020) – Police are investigating a Thursday afternoon car crash that resulted in minor injuries in Murrieta.

The officials responded to the car accident at around 2:16 p.m. on southbound Interstate 15 at California Oaks Road.

As per the authorities’ reports, a black Nissan sedan collided with a white van on the roadway. The factors that contributed to the accident were yet to be known.

The white van overturned on the right-hand side and landed off the freeway.

An undisclosed number of persons suffered minor injuries due to the accident.

The roadway was opened at about 2:50 p.m. after the crash.

The crash remains under investigation.
