Minor Injuries Reported in Three-Vehicle Crash in Modesto

At Least 1 Injured after Modesto Car Accident at Briggsmore and McHenry Avenues

Modesto, California (February 12, 2020) – An accident involving three vehicles was reported on Tuesday night in Modesto.

At about 6:30 p.m., Modesto Police Department responded to the crash at Briggsmore and McHenry avenues.

The police said three cars had, for unknown reasons, collided. One of the vehicles involved in the crash overturned as a result of the collision.

Minor injuries were reported in the accident.

Following the crash, traffic was backed up.

The crash remains under investigation.

According to Arin Khodaverdian, the Managing Partner and CEO Alpine Law Group, a separate investigation by an experienced attorney is necessary so as clearly uncover the circumstances surrounding the collision. “An attorney will also help the victim to navigate all the legal processes in pursuit of fair compensation and justice. Car accident claims are rarely straightforward, and, regardless of the circumstances involved, liable insurance companies will often do everything possible to limit their out-of-pocket expenses by either devaluing or outright denying your claim. It is crucial, therefore, that you have an experienced attorney on your side,” said Arin.

Alpine Law Group President and Managing Partner, Arin Khodaverdian, encourage victims and their family members to seek legal help as soon as possible in order to preserve their rights to the full extent of the law.

Mr. Khodaverdian has worked for many years as a wrongful death and personal injury attorney. He and his team of attorneys have helped thousands of injury victims and their families recover over $100 million in compensation. “In one case, we recovered a 7-figure settlement within 11 business days of being hired by the family of a victim who was killed by a negligent driver.”

Swift action by an experienced attorney helps preserve evidence, interview witnesses, and begin to pursue those responsible for the incident.
