Marilyn Mc Killian Killed in San Bernardino Pedestrian Accident on Arrowhead Avenue

Coroner Identify Woman Hit, Killed by Vehicle on N. Arrowhead Avenue near W. Baseline Street in San Bernardino as Marilyn Mc Killian

San Bernardino, California (February 6, 2020) – The San Bernardino County Coroner’s Office has identified the woman who died Wednesday afternoon in an alleged hit-and-run accident in San Bernardino as Marilyn Mc Killian, 64, of San Bernardino.

The fatal crash happened on N. Arrowhead Avenue, just north of W. Baseline Street at around 3:23 p.m. Wednesday, February 5.

According to the authorities, a white tractor-trailer was heading westbound on Baseline Street and was turning north onto Arrowhead Avenue when it struck Mc Killian who was riding her motorized wheelchair across Arrowhead Avenue in a westerly direction, north of the crosswalk.

Mc Killian died at the scene at about 3:31 p.m.

The operator of the tractor-trailer did not stop to render aid and fled the scene.

It remains unclear whether alcohol or drugs were factors in the crash.
