62-Year-Old Man Killed in Highland Pedestrian Crash in on Baseline Street and Golondrina Drive
Highland, California (January 8, 2020) – A 62-year-old man was killed in a pedestrian crash on Sunday evening in Highland, According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department.
The collision took place at around 5:45 p.m. January 5, in the area of Baseline Street and Golondrina Drive.
Authorities said the man was struck by a vehicle on the roadway.
Paramedics performed life-saving measures to the victim before taking him to a local hospital. The man was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
The driver involved in the accident stopped and cooperated with the police.
The circumstances under which the collision occurred remain under investigation.
