Fresno Multi-Vehicle Crash on Highway 41 and O Street

Fresno, California (February 5, 2020) -Major injuries were reported in an accident involving multiple vehicles on Wednesday afternoon in Fresno, according to a police report.

The collision was reported at around 3:21 p.m. on southbound Highway 41 at O Street.

The California Highway Patrol said three vehicles were involved in the collision for reasons still under investigation.

Paramedics responded to the crash and extricated one person trapped in one of the vehicles. Major injuries were reported in the crash.

The total number of the victims and their condition was not disclosed.

The roadway was cleared as of 4:12 p.m.

No other details of the crash were immediately released.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
