8 Hospitalized after Simi Valley Crash near East Los Angeles Avenue and Donville Avenue

Simi Valley, California (January 31, 2020) – Authorities are investigating a major crash that left several people with moderate injuries on Thursday afternoon in the area of Simi Valley.

The major collision took place near East Los Angeles Avenue and Donville Avenue at around 4:23 p.m. Thursday, January 30,

According to the California Highway Patrol, two vehicles collided near the Citrus Grove Park for unknown reasons.

Responding emergency teams along with paramedics attended to eight persons with moderate injuries due to the accident. The wounded parties were transported by land ambulances to a local medical center for treatment.

The name of the injured parties and their current condition were not immediately provided.

An investigation is ongoing.
