Major Injuries Reported in San Jose Motorcycle Crash on Highway 85 and Camden Avenue
San Jose, California (January 8, 2020) – Authorities are investigating a major motorcycle crash that happened on Tuesday afternoon in the area of San Jose.
The accident occurred on southbound Highway 85, just south of Camden Avenue at about 4:49 p.m. Tuesday, January 7.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a motorcycle and a vehicle collided for reasons still under investigation. The impact sent the rider down in the lanes.
Responding emergency crews rendered aid to the crash victims. The number of wounded parties and their current condition was not immediately provided.
The vehicles were towed away from the scene.
Lane 1 and 2 were blocked due to the collision. The roadway was opened as of 5:47 p.m.
