At Least 1 Seriously Injured in Fremont Motorcycle Accident on 680 Freeway at Vargas Road

Fremont, California (January 17, 2020) – At least one person sustained serious injuries following in a traffic crash that happened Thursday morning in Fremont, the California Highway Patrol report.

The accident occurred Thursday, January 16 on Interstate 680 Freeway at Vargas Road.

According to the CHP report, a man was riding a sports motorcycle on the southbound side of the interstate when he collided a car.

At least one person suffered major injuries in the accident. The name of the victim and their condition were not immediately disclosed.

An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
